Pros vs. Joes

Someone with an addy named iatemyself e-mailed me a few days ago asking me to check out this video. It's about the G.I. Joes playing against pro-athletes. Coming from a basketball-dominated culture, I'm quite a retard with the other sports, but the last scene with the Ron Artest reenactment of the brawl was quite hilarious.

Thanks iatemyself.

Lol. I don't think we can consider this as a legit post since I barely wrote anything, but thanks. I appreciate the sentiments.

Speaking of Pros vs Joes!

I wanted to let you all know about a project I am working on. Spike
TV is planning a huge event inside Madison Square Garden the morning of
Wednesday, January 23rd with many Knicks stars on hand. It kicks off
at 6 AM and ends about 9 AM.

Basically, anyone can come for a chance to play ON COURT and meet
some stars (like Charles Oakley and Charles Smith) Also, throughout the
course of the event, people will be able to compete and win FREE KNICKS
TICKETS and other prizes! It promises to be an awesome event for any
fan! We are expecting a big turnout so get there early.

Spike TV is organizing this to get the word out about there new
season of "Pros vs. Joes" where regular guys compete against sports
legends in a variety of different athletic event. The show will feature
Knicks great Charles Oakley and Allen Houston, along with other New
York area athletes including Derrick Coleman, Kenny Anderson, Jessie
Armstead, John Franco and Al Leiter (among others). The show premieres
on Thursday, January 24 at 11 PM on Spike.
